HMD Global brings the Nokia G60 5G to Kenya for Ksh 52,999


Nokia G60 5G is HMD’s most eco-friendly G-series device to date and will be available in Kenya starting today for Ksh 52,999. 

The phone is sustainably crafted with 100% recycled plastic back and 60% recycled plastic frame. It also brings the premium promises seen in the X-series to the G-series for the first time, helping users keep their phone for longer with the ‘3-3-3’ promise – three years of OS 

upgrades and monthly security updates, and a three-year warranty.

Nokia G60 5G Specs

The phone comes with a 6.58-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1800×2048 pixels (FHD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9 with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The display also sports Gorilla Glass 5 for protection.

The Nokia G60 5G runs Android 12 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. It comes with 6GB of RAM 128GB of inbuilt storage.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the phones on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 5-megapixel and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The selfie camera is an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options including Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6 and NFC on the wireless side and a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Nokia G60 5G is available in Kenya from today in Kenya at Safaricom shops. It will be available in Black and Ice colours.
