Here are the winners of the TECNO Mobile #TECNOWatchMeGrow campaign

Following TECNO Mobile’s #TECNOWatchMeGrow campaign that ended two weeks ago, TECNO finally awarded the winners. The campaign according to the company was of giving back to the society by supporting the less fortunate and was open to everyone who wished to take part.

Those taking part were tasked with telling their story using text, photos, and videos. TECNO would then pick three inspiring stories which will get support from the company to achieve the dreams they had shared in their campaign.

Commenting on the campaign, TECNO Kenya General Manager, Livingstone Migwi said that it is essential to visualize your biggest dreams because this practice will lead you to create a clear mental picture of what you want to accomplish in life, which helps you set your personal and professional goals.

“Use your ideas to define your goals, then prioritize each goal accordingly to accomplish your dreams. Realize that dreams don’t come true overnight while you’re sleeping. It takes time, effort, and patience–and being completely awake and fully engaged,” he said.

For every TECNO Phantom 6 device bought, TECNO also donated Kshs.200 to support the campaign.

“We at Tecno are ready to help you realize your dreams and move on to greater heights,” TECNO Kenya Product Manager Dickson Ireri, added.

At the end of the campaign, Brenda Kwamboka, GQ Dancers, and Angels of Hope Children’s home from Kibera were crowned the winners. Each of them received a Kshs.200,000 cash prize money.

The campaign ran from 8th October up to and end on 18th November 2016 and the winners were awarded at an event attended by Comedian and radio host ‘’Chipukizee,’’, Musician Nyashinski, Fena and radio personality Talia Oyando.
