OPPO Reno 3 Coming To Kenya On April 16


The OPPO Reno 3 smartphone is coming to Kenya this month. OPPO Kenya has announced plans to launch the device in the Kenyan market on April 16th.

The OPPO Reno 3 is the successor of the Reno 2 and features some massive and interesting upgrades. The phone was first launched in China in December last year. 

It comes with a 6.40-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.

Oppo Reno 3 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P90 (MT6779) processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. 

It runs a newly redesigned ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 and is powered by a 4025mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo Reno 3 supports VOOC fast charging. 

For the cameras, the Reno 3 packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture; a third 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a fourth 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The selfie camera is 44-megapixel with an f/2.4 aperture.

OPPO’s local office has not given details about the pricing yet but we will be sure to update you as soon as we get them. The phone will be available in Auroral Blue and Midnight Black colours.
