HMD Global has today announced the availability of the Nokia 5310 in Kenya. The feature phone which is inspired by the original Nokia 5310 Xpress Music that was launched in August 2007 will be retailing for Ksh 4,999.
Mark Misumi, HMD Global Business Manager East Africa says, “The availability of Nokia 5310 allows us to reach all Nokia phone lovers from every price segment.”

Nokia 5310 features a 2.4-inch QVGA (240×320 pixels) display, powered by a MT6260A processor. It has an 8MB RAM and an internal storage of 16MB expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. The phone runs on Nokia Series 30+ software.
In terms of the battery, there’s a 1200mAh removable battery that Nokia says gives you up to 22 days of battery life from a single charge, allowing up to 30 days in standby mode and up to 20 hours of talk time.
Connectivity options include a micro USB 1.1 port, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 3.0. Nokia 5310 also comes with a VGA camera at the back with an LED flash, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
