Huawei Set to Launch Android Q-based EMUI 10 on August 9th

Huawei is set to hold its annual developer conference on August 9th, 2019 which will be opened by the launch of their upcoming Android Skin EMUI 10. This year’s event is titled “Linking the future of the world – Huawei EMUI 10.0 released.”

The developer conference will be held in Dongguan with its sole purpose to showcase the technological advancement that the Chinese tech giant and 2nd smartphone seller is making.

The conference will last for two days. Although it is clear that EMUI 10 will be based on the upcoming Android 10Q, we haven’t been enlightened yet on what other key things will Huawei’s Android iteration come with. Few details indicate that the skin will have an icon redesign with better icons and new layout tweaks.

Huawei’s EMUI is different from Xiaomi’s Android Skin MIUI which is developed separately independent of Google’s Android version.
