Xiaomi Launching the Redmi Note 13 Series in Kenya Soon

Xiaomi has announced plans to launch the Redmi Note 13 Series in Kenya. The series, which succeeds the Redmi Note 12 Series will be launched on 10th February.

Xiaomi says the series promises to transcend the boundaries between mid-range and flagship smartphones, delivering an extraordinary blend of durability, user experience, and imaging prowess. All this it says at an iconic value that sets a new standard in the industry.

”Get ready to embark on a journey with the Redmi Note 13 Series as it elevates every aspect of the smartphone experience, from camera capabilities to memory upgrades, sleek design to seamless usage, and more. ” a statement from the company’s local office reads.

Just like the Note 12 series, the Redmi Note 13 series will comprise three devices – Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G.

We are not sure about the pricing yet but the phones are set to increase competition in the mid-range price segment in Kenya, giving customers a plethora of options.

Some features to look forward to with these models include 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screens which are equipped with a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The top-of-the-line Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G is said to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset and is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 200-megapixel primary camera.

All the handsets run on Android 13-based MIUI 14 and will get three OS upgrades.
