Deal: Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 sees 33% discount in Kenya to Ksh.95,995

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 was one of my favourite devices from Samsung last year. If you’re like me and always wanted to get one, this could be the right time for you to do so.

Samsung is currently running a deal on the device with discounts of up to 33%. That means you can buy the Flip 4 for Ksh.95,995 right now from its original price of Ksh.142,995.

The offer is available on Brandcart, Samsung’s official online store in Kenya. You can check it out here.

We’re not sure until when the offer will last though, so if you want to take advantage of it, you need to push through with your purchase as soon as possible.

Why you should buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4

Remember when Samsung first launched the Flip? There were so many things we didn’t really like about the device and Samsung seems to have tried to fix these faults from the past with the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Of course, we’re all waiting to see what the company has in store for us with the Z Flip 5 now that the launch date has already been confirmed.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 comes with a lot of refinements. From a slimmer, lighter hinge, flatter edges and the new Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, the phone is worth giving a second look.

The phone weighs just 187 grams and comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X outer screen with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate (1-120Hz). This is actually the main screen that folds internally. There is also a smaller secondary 1.9-inch Super AMOLED 260×512 pixels outer display that you can use when the phone is folded in its clamshell form factor.

The Flip 4 as we mentioned is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and comes with 8GB RAM and three storage variants of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. Samsung added a  3,700mAh battery with support for 25W wired and Qi wireless charging on this phone.

We are also getting a dual camera setup on the rear comprising a 12MP main camera with OIS and a second 12MP ultrawide camera with a 123-degree field of view. There’s a 10MP front camera for taking selfies and video calls.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 has an IPX8 certification, Android 12L-based One UI 4.1.1, a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint sensor, and support for Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
