Value, Quality and Discounts as LG Celebrate Something Better Campaign

The ongoing LG Something Better campaign is bound to change the way customers experience and enjoy LG products.

Besides getting products at heavily discounted prices, customers also benefit from free delivery and installation while they walk away with products that have a 2-year warranty. Furthermore, the 7-day return policy, means  that if you experience any challenge with your product within this period, you can take it back to the dealer.

The LG Something Better campaign is running concurrently with the Celebrate Pasaka na LG promo, with the company emphasizing to customers the need to purchase quality products.

LG has been at the lead of innovation in the consumer electronics segment. Most LG products are now using Artificial Intelligence(AI) to deliver unmatched customer experiences. Fridges, TVs, and microwaves are among products that customers will enjoy at heavily discounted prices.

An LG OLED TV that was previously retailing at Sh. 224, 495 is now going for Sh 169,995. Displays built through OLED technology (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) have superior picture quality as they have higher contrast which is also brighter and more efficient than ordinary LCD. With the heavily reduced prices, LG customers now have a chance to bring top-quality TV pictures into their living spaces and revolutionize the way they consume television.

Customers can also pick any of the LG Nanocell TVs, which include the 65NaNo086, 65NaNo080 and 55NaNo086.The 65NaNo086 that was retailing at Sh.254,995 is now selling at Sh.216,995, saving shoppers sh.38,000. The 65NaNo080 has a Sh. 64,000 discount at its current price of Sh.159,995 while the 55NaNo086 will save you sh. 28,000 at the current price of Sh. 161,995.

During the Celebrate Pasaka na LG season, running from April to May, customers will enjoy discounts ranging between Sh.16, 500 and Sh.55,000 on selected washing machines. A 15/8 kg washing/dryer machine that was selling for Sh.234,995 is now retailing at Sh. 188,995. There is also the 10.5kg front load wash, whose price was Sh.126,995 and now trading at Sh. 102,495.

The need to deliver value for LG customers has been elaborate with every action taken during in the customer journey. LG Electronics East Africa, Training and Content Manager William Kamore explains the need to carefully handle products at every stage, including installation.

“You know the delivery and installation of an electronic is very important because most electronic products are either fragile or have fragile components that should be handled with care, especially during transportation from the shop to the customer’s office or home. And this is why transporters charge a premium to transport electronic products.”
