ASUS Zenbook 14X laptop with an OLED screen officially launched

The ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED (UX5400) is now official. ASUS officially unveiled this new addition to its ZenBook series last week featuring some new premium features including OLED display technology.

Zenbook 14X OLED (UX5400) is a 14-inch thin and light laptop with a 16:10 aspect ratio that will be available with either a 4K OLED HDR display or a 2.8K OLED 90Hz display

Both of these panels cover 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and offer an ultra-fast 0.2 ms response time — they also produce 70 percent lower blue light emissions. They both also support stylus input and include a signature ASUS FHD+ ScreenPad trackpad

The ASUS Zenbook 14X features the 11th-gen Intel processors up to a Core i7 and mated with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of SSD storage. The laptop is also powered by NVIDIA GeForce MX450 discrete graphics

Connectivity is provided by two USB-C ports with support for Thunderbolt 4, one USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, one HDMI 2.0b port, one 3.5 mm combo audio jack and a microSD card reader.

Zenbook 14X OLED also has a fingerprint sensor conveniently located on the power button for easy and secure one-touch login with Windows Hello.

The Zenbook 14X OLED global pricing starts at $1,399.99. The ASUS local office does not mention when the laptop will officially be available for purchase locally.
