Infinix HOT 10 Play Debuts in Kenya with 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM at Ksh 15,499

Infinix HOT 10 Play is official. The Chinese tech company announced the device today, the latest under its Hot series. Like previous phones under the series, HOT 10 Play is a budget phone retailing at Ksh 15,499.

It sports a 6.82″ Dot Drop display with HD+ resolution, 20.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.66% screen to body ratio.

Infinix HOT 10 Play has a dual camera on the back, composed of a 13MP main lens and another unspecified secondary lens. On the front is a single 8MP camera.

The phone is equipped with a massive 6,000mAh battery and an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G35 processor, which features some optimizations for better gaming.

Well, there’s no fast charging, and the phone has a micro-USB port.

Infinix HOT 10 Play has 4GB of memory and 64GB of onboard storage on the memory side of things. There’s also a lower-end 2GB/32GB model, although it’s not clear if that will also make it to Kenya.

The phone runs on XOS 7.0, which is based on Android 10. Additionally, the HOT 10 Play has a fingerprint scanner on the back, but there’s Face Unlock for those who prefer that.

HOT 10 Play Availability

The HOT 10 Play is available today via Infinix and Safaricom shops offline, but you can still get it online on Jumia and Xspark. The 4GB and 64GB model is the one selling for Ksh 15, 499.

The phone will be selling in four distinct colours, Aegean Blue, purple, Morandi Green and Obsidian Black.
