Samsung Mobile Kenya has announced the availability of yet another Galaxy A-series smartphone locally after its initial release in May. The Samsung Galaxy A21s takes over Galaxy A20 with few incremental upgrades.
The phone’s key highlights include the rear quad camera setup composed of a 48 mega-pixel main sensor, an 8 mega-pixel wide lens, and two 2-megapixel sensors dedicated to macro and depth.
For selfies, you get a 13-megapixel f/2.2 lens which is placed in a hole punch.
Samsung Galaxy A21s display is a PLS TFT type, measuring 6.5 inches with FHD resolution (720 x 1600 pixels), an 82.8% screen-to-body ratio, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
It runs on Samsung’s Exynos 850 (8nm) chipset on the backend paired with a Mali-G52 for graphical tasks and 4GB of memory. On the software front, Samsung Galaxy A21s runs on Android 10 OS, with One UI 2.0 on top out of the box. The whole system is powered up by a massive 5000mAh battery
Internal storage is 64GB but you can still expand via an included microSD card slot. Available ports include a USB Type C 1.0 reversible connector and a headphone jack.
At the back is a fingerprint sensor, just like what you’ll find in most android phones these days.
