Tecno Spark 5 Vs Spark 4: What’s the Difference Between These Two Phones?


Tecno Mobile’s Spark Series is one of the popular of the company in Kenya for its great value for money offering. Last year Tecno introduced Spark 4 (review) and just recently have updated the series with a successor, the Spark 5.

Tecno Spark 5 brings several incremental updates typical to every Smartphone successor in the general market. But is it time for an upgrade if you own Spark 4? Here are all the similarities and differences between the two devices:

Time for an upgrade?

That depends. As you can see from the table above, there is no massive difference between these two devices. However, the most critical components have been upgraded a bit from the internal processor to the latest OS.

They’ve also added more juice to the battery and there is an additional camera lens. These are all you should be factoring in to determine whether an upgrade would be necessary at this point.
