CFAO Mobility Kenya takes over Case IH operations
CFAO Mobility Kenya has taken over management of agricultural equipment brand Case IH in Kenya, effective 1 October 2026, following an internal reorganisation within the CFAO Group.
The transition is designed to strengthen Case IH’s platform in the country while keeping continuity for customers, employees and business partners. Existing orders, relationships and points of contact remain unchanged, and the Case IH sales and technical teams will continue to serve customers.
The move gives Case IH access to CFAO Mobility Kenya’s nationwide network, operational capabilities and aftersales infrastructure. That is expected to improve access to parts, technical expertise, service support and customer care.
“Case IH is a natural extension of our business and our commitment to providing solutions that help our customers perform better. We have traditionally helped Kenya move people and goods; with Case IH, we can also help power the farms, businesses and agricultural enterprises that feed and drive our economy,” said Arvinder Reel, MD of CFAO Mobility Kenya.
Reel said aftersales support is central to the business. “Agricultural machinery is a productivity asset, and our responsibility is to ensure that customers receive the support they need throughout the life of their machines. Parts availability, technical expertise and responsive aftersales service are fundamental to customer success,” he said.
The transition comes as Kenyan farmers, contractors and agribusinesses increasingly look for productive, reliable and technologically advanced mechanisation solutions.
Case IH, a brand of CNH Industrial, has been present in Kenya and part of the CFAO Group since 2014. Its local portfolio includes tractors from 55 to 700 horsepower, serving smallholder farmers, specialised operations and large commercial enterprises. The range also includes implements and precision farming solutions.
CFAO Mobility Kenya represents 15 brands across passenger and commercial vehicles, motorcycles, tyres, parts and certified pre-owned vehicles. They include Toyota, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Hino, Suzuki, Yamaha and Sinotruk.
The company said it will focus on building a stronger long-term platform for agricultural mechanisation in Kenya, supporting customers not only at the point of purchase but throughout the working life of their machines.
“Agriculture is a critical sector for the country’s growth, employment and food security, and bringing Case IH under CFAO Mobility strengthens our ability to support farmers, agribusinesses and the wider agricultural value chain,” said Dennis Awori, chairman of CFAO Group Kenya.
