OPPO RENO11 F 5G Unboxing: OPPO recently introduced the OPPO Reno11F 5G in Kenya. We are not sure what the ‘F’ really stands for.

The phone is now available for purchase for Ksh. 50,000, quite a lower price tag than all the other three devices in this series.

The OPPO Reno11F 5G is a good-looking phone offering a great display, good cameras, long battery life and speedy charging at an affordable price. At least based on the specs.

The display is 6.7-inch AMOLED with support for 120Hz  refresh rate and 1100 nits peak brightness.  An ultra-slim 1.47mm border on either side of the display creates an almost all-screen experience, with its 93.4% screen-to-body ratio for a class-leading, immersive view.

The OPPO Reno11F 5G runs on the  MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset delivering 6nm computing that makes confident multi-tasking, gaming and demanding tasks like 4K video capture possible.

We are also getting 8GB RAM and an additional 8GB available with RAM Expansion option and 256GB storage and storage expansion of up to 2TB via microSD card. Reno 11F runs on Android 14-based ColorOS 14.

For the battery, the Reno11F 5G features a large 5000mAh battery, that OPPO claims confidently gets you through a full, connected day. And with advanced battery technology, the company says you should expect impressive battery life even after four years of daily use. When you do need to power up, with 67W SUPERVOOCTM Flash Charging, OPPO says the Reno11F 5G can charge to 31% in just 10 minutes and reach 100% in only 47 minutes.

When it comes to the cameras, the phone features this stylish Sunshine Ring camera that reflects light with an eye-catching flair. The main camera is 64MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera that captures pin-sharp photos is also accompanied with OPPO’s intelligent Night mode and a versatile 25mm wide angle, making it an all-purpose camera you can use in any lighting setup. For expansive landscapes, Reno11F 5G’s ultra-wide 8MP camera covers an all-seeing 112º field of view.
