Huawei Mobile Kenya has reintroduced the MatePad T10 series that includes the HUAWEI Matepad T10, HUAWEI Matepad T10s and HUAWEI Matepad T10s kids’ edition into the Kenyan market.
Huawei MatePad T10 is retailing at Kshs 22,999 while Huawei Matepad T10s is available for Kshs 28,999. Huawei says every purchase comes with a free Powerbank. Huawei MatePad T10s kids’ edition will be available in the market soon.

HUAWEI Matepad T10
Huawei MatePad T10 tablet comes with a 9.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels at a pixel density of 156 pixels per inch (ppi). It is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 710A processor and comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
The Huawei MatePad T10 runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5100mAh non-removable battery.
For the cameras, the Huawei MatePad T10 on the rear packs a 5-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
The tablet runs EMUI 10.1 is based on Android 10 and is available in Deepsea Blue colour option. You can buy one from Amaya Kenya here.
HUAWEI Matepad T10s
This tablet comes with a 10.10-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels at a pixel density of 224 pixels per inch (ppi). It is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 710A processor and comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
The Huawei MatePad T10s runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5100mAh non-removable battery.
For the cameras are concerned, the Huawei MatePad T10s packs 5-megapixel rear camera and sports a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

HUAWEI MatePad T10s kids’ edition
Huawei says the MatePad T10s kids’ edition will be available in the market soon so we still don’t have details about the pricing yet. I also need to mention that unlike the two other tablets in this series, the Huawei MatePad T10s kids’ edition was launched in October this year, the other two were unveiled globally n 2020.
It’s a tablet meant for children and just like the MatePad T 10s it is powered by a Kirin 710A chipset but has a smaller, lower-resolution display at a 9.7” 1,280 x 800 px IPS LCD (156 ppi).
The tablet runs Android 10 with EMUI 10.1 and comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 or 32GB storage with a microSD expansion slot.
The tablet comes loaded with some educational apps for children combined with eye protection mode to ensure your child’s eye health, creating the perfect learning environment. With a rich selection of teaching and educational content, Huawei says your child can reach their full potential while allowing parents to be attentive to their progress and character building.
The tablet also features parental content and time control. With this feature, your child only has access to parental approved apps, pictures and videos, preventing them from being exposed to inappropriate content.
