realme C30s with 5000 mAh battery launched in Kenya for KES 10,700

realme has today introduced its latest addition to its C series family in Kenya, the realme C30s.

The realme C30s is the only smartphone in this segment to come with a side-fingerprint sensor and will be available for KES 11,000.

“C-series is the most sold in Kenya. Our strategic advantage has been the provision of more value in handsets for the lowest budget which is helping drive sales of the C-series. We see their rising popularity bolstering our new growth strategy, hence the new addition” said realme Kenya PR& Marketing Manager, Mildred Agoya.

realme C30s comes with a 60 Hz refresh rate 6.50-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720×1600 pixels (HD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Realme C30s is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is also a 2GB/32GB variant.

The phone runs Android 12 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.

For the cameras, the realme C30s on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2 aperture. There’s a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The realme C30s will be available in Kenya in two colours options – Stripe Blue and Stripe Black, and will be priced at KES 10,699  for the (2GB + 32GB) variant and KES 10,699  for the (4GB + 64GB) variant.
