NTT DATA Deepens Salesforce Presence in Kenya Amid Rising AI Demand
As businesses across East Africa invest more heavily in AI and customer experience, NTT DATA is expanding its Salesforce capabilities in Kenya with Agentforce, MuleSoft and Data 360.

NTT DATA has announced the expansion of its Salesforce services across East Africa, aimed at enhancing customer engagement, data management, AI-driven insights and revenue growth for businesses in the region.
This move builds on the company’s existing application services in East Africa and shows its commitment to strengthening capabilities across the Middle East and Africa. It follows last year’s acquisition of EXAH, a Salesforce Consulting Partner and AI implementation specialist in South Africa, which bolstered its regional expertise and delivery of locally tailored Salesforce solutions supported by global scale.
Salesforce has remained a key global partner for NTT DATA, enabling organizations to gain a unified view of customer data, improve service delivery, and leverage AI-powered decision-making.
In Kenya, where fintech innovation, financial services, and digital adoption continue to lead regional growth, NTT DATA sees strong potential to help organizations deepen customer understanding and drive growth through Salesforce.
Lauren Wortmann, Managing Director for Applications in the Middle East and Africa at NTT DATA, said Kenya stands out as one of Africa’s most dynamic digital markets, particularly in financial services, which continues to set high standards for customer experience and tech-driven growth.
“Kenya is one of Africa’s most innovative digital markets, with a financial services sector that continues to raise the bar for customer experience and technology-led growth. By extending our Salesforce services in Kenya, we’re bringing together global capability, in-region expertise and deep industry knowledge to help clients turn customer data into meaningful engagement, improved service and measurable business value,” She noted.
The expanded Salesforce capabilities cover Agentforce Financial Services, Agentforce Marketing, MuleSoft, and Data 360, delivered through consulting, implementation, integration, and continuous support services.
For clients, the focus is on reducing complexity and improving visibility across every customer touchpoint, making it easier to deliver more connected and personalized experiences. As businesses increasingly turn to AI and automation, reliable data systems and integrated platforms are becoming central to strengthening customer loyalty, improving service quality, and driving revenue growth.
“Salesforce is dedicated to helping businesses in Africa use trusted AI, data and CRM to provide better customer experiences and grow. Our partnership with NTT DATA in East Africa brings Salesforce’s new platform ideas with NTT DATA’s experience and relationships with clients in the region. This helps companies move faster from planning to impact,” said Nick Christodoulou, Area Vice President, Africa, Salesforce.
NTT DATA has joined Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network, deepening its collaboration with Salesforce and helping clients accelerate Agentforce deployment at scale.
Additionally, the company has worked with Salesforce for over 25 years, delivering more than 3,500 projects globally and earning seven Partner Innovation Awards. In 2026, it was also named MuleSoft Partner of the Year and Marketing Partner of the Year in South Africa.
Beyond technology delivery, the expansion supports digital skills development in Kenya, aiming to equip local organizations with access to world-class platforms and capabilities.
The move aligns with growing demand across East Africa for AI, data-driven solutions and improved customer experience.
