Samsung will produce at least 10 million Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4 units next year

Samsung officially unveiled its new range of foldable smartphones comprising the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G in Kenya back in August.

The devices seem to have received quite a good reception with pre-orders for the two devices which opened on September 8th selling out in Kenya. Unlike last year, Samsung’s local office said they brought in more foldable devices.

In South Korea, Samsung broke foldable sales records selling over a million units of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. It was reported that the company aims to sell 7 million of its third-generation foldable devices according to a report by SamMobile.

Samsung is now setting new targets for the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 set to be launched next year. Samsung plans to begin mass production of these devices from the third quarter of next year.

According to a new report from TheElec, Samsung aims to produce around 10 million units of Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4. That’s massive. Production of the Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 will be 2.9 million and 6.9 million, respectively, the report says.
