vivo Y53s Officially Launched in Kenya


Vivo Smartphone has officially the vivo Y53s, its latest addition to the Y-series in Kenya.

Vivo is marketing the phone using the slogan ‘Clear shot, Unlock more fun’ and available for purchase in the country from today both offline and online stores for Ksh.27,999

The vivo Y53s  comes with a 6.58-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. It’s powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor and comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.

The Vivo Y53s runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery with a 33W FlashCharge fast charging. Vivo says this fast charging technology has the ability to recharge the phone up to 70% in just 41 minutes, which is 37% faster than the 18W Fast Charge.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y53s comes with a high-definition 64MP main rear camera with an f/1.79 aperture; bringing impressive clarity to its users at unbeatable value according to vivo Kenya. There is also an extra  2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and another 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The selfie camera is a 16-megapixel with an f/2.0 aperture.

Vivo Y53s runs Funtouch OS 10.5  and will be available in Kenya in Deep Sea Blue and Fantastic Rainbow colour options.
