Vivo V19 Officially Goes on Sale in Kenya For Kshs 40,999


Vivo V19 smartphone is officially going on sale in Kenya starting today. The device was launched on 24th June 2020, followed by a three weeks pre-order period.

The sales were initially meant to start on 2nd July, but were later pushed to July 14th due to what vivo said was unavoidable circumstances.

“Having the vivo v19 available in Kenya will now have Kenyans access our products at their convenience, which is in line with our vision of providing every Kenyan with affordable yet sophisticated devices with a great experience,” vivo Kenya CEO Arthur Xian quoted.

The Dual Punch Hole Camera vivo V19 smartphone will now be available across the country at a recommended retail price of Kshs 40,999. It will be available in Gleam Black and Sleek Silver options.



The V19 also comes with an Ultra O Screen design with and in-display fingerprint sensor under the AMOLED screen of the phone.

The V19’s dual front camera comprises of a 32MP main camera and an 8MP super wide-angle while the Quad Camera at the rear is made up of a 48MP main camera, 8MP super wide-angle camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP Bokeh camera.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 712 processor, and is equipped with 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 4500mAh battery capacity which comes with 33W vivo FlashCharge 2.0 technology that vivo says enables a 0 to 54 percent charge in just 30 minutes.
