OPPO is launching the OPPO A71 in Kenya, here’s what you need to know 


OPPO, is launching yet another device, the OPPO A71. The company is describing the device as a speedy and sophisticated camera phone and should be coming to the country in Mid-September.

The OPPO A71 has already been launched in other markets like Philippines and India and according to what we have gathered, the phone is expected to offer an advanced CPU, hardware, and appearance including a crush proof hardware structure that makes it the most durable smartphone ever.

Specifications

Talk about specifications, the OPPO A71 will come with a 5.2-inch HD TFT display with a screen resolution of 720×1280 pixels.

 It will also come with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory which can be expanded to 256GB via microSD card. The Oppo A71 will sport a non-removable 3000mAh battery. The phone is also expected to come with the latest Colors OS 3.1 as the skin to the stock Android Nougat version 7.1. Other features include MediaTek MT6750 SoC, which is an octa-core processor that clocks a speed of 1.5GHz.

In terms camera, the phone will spot a 13MP rear camera while the selfie camera will be. The phone is also expected to come in color variants and as we mentioned, it will be unveiled mid this month.

This new device from the company is being launched close to a month after OPPO also unveiled the OPPO F3 Barcelona edition. OPPO F3 Barcelona edition will feature an outstanding color red and gold – the colors of FC Barcelona and the Barca logo on the back with a golden accent and reads “FC Barcelona Official Partner” at the bottom. The device was sold out barely less than 48 hours after the official launch.
