If you have tried making calls this morning, or even doing any transaction using your Safaricom number chances are you were not able to do so. Well, the Safaricom network!
The telecommunications company says there is a slight technical fault with the Network services countrywide.
Most Safaricom customers from across the country have reported experiencing the network problem since morning. The problem has even affected M-Pesa transactions.

Though the company has not yet issued a statement on the outage, it says via its Twitter handle that it has noted the problem and it is addressing it with utmost urgency. Sof if you are wondering why you are unable to make Mpesa transactions, check your airtime balance, make calls or even send text messages. Hopefully, Safaricom will sort this out soon.
