Another surprise, Infinix Mobile is launching the Hot 4

It is indeed a season of smartphone launches, and most of the time these launches have always caught us by surprises. This time round Infinix Mobility has decided to surprise us. Just a couple of weeks after launching the Infinix Note 3. The company is now launching the Infinix Hot 4 which will be the successor of the Hot 3 that was launched in the country back in April.

Well, just like you this caught me by surprise, I expected Infinix Mobility to launch the device but i didn’t expect it to be this soon. The device has already been launched in Pakistan last week and this means it will also be  hitting the Kenyan market soon, probably next week, we are not sure about that.

I loved the Hot 3 and just like I said when I did the review, the device was a mark of simplicity from the company. The Infinix HOT 3 was an upgrade of the Infinix HOT 2. However, the difference between the two devices was not that huge for instance both devices came with the same Processor and same Operating System. Will things be different with the Infinix Hot 4?  Well, let’s wait and see.

In the meatime here are some few teaser specs of the Hot 4.

First things first, when Infinix launched the Note 3 just recently, it promised consumers that just that the Note 3, all its future devices will now come with a fingerprint scanner, so we should expect the Hot 4 to feature this security feature.

The device will also run on Android 6.0 with XOS. It will also come with a 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 4000 mAh battery, an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.  Remember the Hot 3 came with a 3000 mAh.

We are not sure how much the device will cost but hopefully it will be be within the same price range like its predecessor the Hot 3.
