Samsung recently unveiled its new Galaxy Note range – Note 20 – at an all-digital Galaxy Unpacked event. The duo – Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra will be available for pre-orders starting next week on Friday 14th August in Kenya.
The two-week pre-order period will end on August 28th. After that, Samsung Kenya will avail the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra to its local stores. Early birds will get a free pair of the company’s wireless earbuds.
Those who pre-order the Galaxy Note 20 pre-orders will receive free Galaxy Buds+. Then, high-end Note 20 ultra will be topped up with the recently announced Galaxy Buds Live.
Samsung Kenya is yet to reveal local prices. We will update this article as soon as we get the pricing.
However, announced global prices of the duo is $1000 and $1300 for Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, respectively. In Kenya, that translates to about Ksh 107,000 for Galaxy Note 20 and Ksh 140,000 for Note 20 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 specs sheet includes 8GB of RAM, 128GB of ROM with no microSD card support, and a 6.7-inch FHD+ HDR10+ AMOLED display. Under the hood is Samsung’s Exynos 990 processor, and a 4,300mAh battery with 25W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging support.
The phone includes a triple camera rear setup made of a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 64MP telephoto, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
Flagship Note 20 Ultra packs a 4500mAh battery with identical charging speeds. A curved 120Hz 6.9-inch WQHD+ HDR10+ display, 12GB of RAM, 128GB/512GB of internal storage with microSD card support, and Exynos 990 at the helm.
For photos, the rear end packs three lenses; a 108MP wide-angle, 12MP periscope telephoto, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
