Infinix HOT 30 Play Vs Redmi 12C specs comparison

If you’re in the market for a well-packaged phone with some quite impressive specs then the Infinix HOT 30 Play should be among the devices you should consider. The phone is among the HOT 30 series Infinix launched in the Kenyan market just recently.

For Ksh.18,000, you are getting a 90Hz refresh rate, Android 13, a Mediatek MT6765 Helio G37 (12 nm) USB USB Type-C 2.0, and Fingerprint (side-mounted among other features.

Infinix has also added a massive 6000mAh battery on this device making it a hot sell.

At that price point, the Infinix HOT 30 Play goes head to head with devices like the 4GB + 128GB variant of the Redem 12C (Review Video) which is available for Ksh. 17, 300. With almost similar specs, which of these devices should you buy?

In our review of the Redmi 12C, we described it as the perfect budget phone. The Infinix HOT 30 Play however comes with quite some good upgrades – a bigger battery, 18W charging compared to the 10W we are getting on the Redmi 12C, a bigger display, as well as the latest version of Android.
