Ajua, formerly mSurvey Appoints Huduma Kenya CIO Martin Mirero its New CTO
Integrated Customer Experience Company Ajua, formerly mSurvey has appointed Martin Mirero as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
In this role, Martin will lead the development of Ajua’s advanced technologies including leading Ajua’s engineering team to build its IntegratedCX platform across Africa as well as drive the infrastructure growth of the company.

Martin is a seasoned ICT professional with over 15 years’ experience in mid and executive-level ICT leadership. Prior to joining Ajua, Martin served as the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) at Huduma Kenya. Huduma Kenya is a transformational national program building integrated service delivery platforms to transform citizen service delivery across all-of-government.
At Huduma Kenya, Martin was instrumental in developing the core team, the organization’s IT strategy and policy frameworks including IT governance structures, IT PMO and change management setup and IT Service Management. Having established the agile software development practices for product development and delivery within the government, Martin steered the architecture and scaling of Huduma’s end-user-computing environment that now serves up to 1.5 million customers per month.

Martin has worked closely with the private sector, governments, and public sector agencies of some of the largest and more vibrant economies in Sub-Saharan Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. He holds an MSc in Computer Science (Distributed Information Systems) from the University of Essex, England, and a BSc Computer Science (Hons) degree.
