Equity is saving its customers a headache by rolling out a universal number for all outgoing calls. From now henceforth, Equity bank customers, and other stakeholders will be contacted through 0763 000 000.
“We have rolled out this number 0763 000 000 in our continued effort to improve customer experience,” said Equity Group Managing Director and CEO Dr. James Mwangi.
It’s part of the company’s rebranding mission as they strive to become a one-stop-shop in the financial sector. The single outbound communications number will also help the company’s customers, and stakeholders easily identify the bank, says Dr. James Mwangi.
“All our customers and stakeholders will easily now identify when their Bank is calling them whenever they see 0763 000 000 number displayed on their phone.”
Despite the universal outbound communications number, customers, as well as stakeholders, still have to use the various contact center numbers to contact the bank.
