Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Series Includes tighter integration with Windows

Samsung’s long-term partnership with Microsoft seems to be working out nicely. More importantly, the partnership gives more power to the smartphone maker’s powerful Galaxy Note flagship phones.

This year’s Galaxy Note 20 range adds further integration with Windows bringing unprecedented levels of functionality.

With the Link to Windows app, you can now control Galaxy Note 20 apps directly from your Windows PC – via Your Phone app.

Accessing apps is also easier than ever before with the newly added capability of pinning phone apps to your Windows 10 taskbar or Start menu.

In November 2020, the two will add multi-app support so you can run multiple apps simultaneously on your PC.  The ability to automatically sync notes from Samsung Notes with your OneNote feed in Outlook on the web or OneNote as an image is also coming.

It doesn’t stop there, however. You will also sync Samsung Reminders from your Note 20 to your PC across Microsoft To-Do, Outlook, and Teams.

More power is also coming to Samsung Galaxy watches. Outlook will be the native email app in Samsung smartwatches. Including in the recently announced Galaxy Watch 3.

Samsung is also adding support for Xbox Game Pass. The app will be available on Samsung’s Galaxy Store from September 15th. Xbox Game Pass support is the key to playing over 100 Xbox games directly on your Galaxy phone or tablet.

Buyers of the new Note 20 range will have an option, in select markets, to add the Gaming Bundle. The bundle includes three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate plus a Power A MOGA XP5-X Plus Bluetooth Controller.
