Pay for Showmax Pro using Visa or MasterCard and Get 25% Off


Festivities are around the corner, and the MultiChoice-owned streaming platform Showmax has already lined up it’s Christmas Countdown Entertainment Collection.

The streaming platform is also offering a 25% discount on Showmax Pro for Visa and Mastercard cardholders. The offer is already live, and it’s available for both new and existing users who live in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, and Uganda.

With the 25% discount, you can now pay for or renew your Showmax pro subscription at only Ksh 1,575, down from Ksh 2100 and Ksh 787 instead of Ksh 1050 for Showmax Pro Mobile.

Showmax Pro is the streaming platform’s new package that offers more than regular Showmax entertainment. It includes music channels, news, and live sports streaming from Supersport.

Sports events available to stream on Showmax Pro include football (EPL, Laliga, Serie A, and FA Cup), Motorsport (MotoGP, Dakar Rally, NASCAR Cup, and more), Tennis (All Grand Slams and ATP Tour events), Athletics (Diamond League, World Challenge League and more), Running (Berlin, Boston, London, NYC, Soweto Marathons and more), Cycling (Tour De France, World Tour events and more) and Boxing (Selected IBF, WBA, WBO, WBC, and African Boxing events).

The offer will run until 10 January 2021.

How to get Mastercard and Visa Showmax Pro Special Offer

For new subscribers:

  1. Go to showmax.com
  2. Create a Showmax account by selecting Sign up
  3. Fill in the required details and select “Create a new account.”
  4. Use your Mastercard or Visa card as your payment method.

For existing subscribers;

  1. Go to showmax.com
  2. Log in to your Showmax account
  3. Go to My Account > Manage Subscription
  4. Then, add your Mastercard or Visa card as your payment method.
