Infinix Note 50 Series Launch Date Revealed

Infinix will launch the Note 50 series later next month, succeeding last year’s Note 40 lineup.

While the company has been tight-lipped about the specifications of the Infinix Note 50 series, it has confirmed that the devices will feature Infinix AI.

The Note 50 series will include DeepSeek R1 AI technology, which will also be available on the base Note 50 model.

Infinix has integrated DeepSeek R1 with its AI Folax voice assistant, enabling faster response times and improved understanding of user requests for searches and voice commands.

Users can access DeepSeek R1 features through Folax by pressing the power button or activating the AI assistant with voice commands.

On February 26th, Infinix will officially announce this integration and share more details about the Note 50 series and its AI capabilities.

With AI becoming a key competitive factor in the mobile industry—evident in Google’s partnership with Samsung and Apple’s partnership with Alibaba—Infinix’s integration of DeepSeek R1 into the Note 50 series demonstrates a strategic move to enhance user experience and stay ahead in the AI-driven smartphone market.

Infinix Note 50 Series Launch Date

Infinix will unveil the Note 50 series on March 3rd.

Building on the advancements of the recently launched Note 40 series in Kenya, the Note 50 series will continue Infinix’s innovation streak. The Note 40 lineup—including the NOTE 40, NOTE 40 Pro, and NOTE 40 Pro+ 5G—introduced All-Round FastCharge 2.0 technology. Features like 100W Multi-Speed FastCharge, Wireless MagCharge, and a proprietary charging chip set a new standard for charging capabilities.

Furthermore, the Note 50 series will not only improve charging technology but also enhance AI functionality with DeepSeek R1 integration, creating a more intelligent and responsive user experience. In comparison, while the Note 40 Pro featured a cityscape-inspired 55° curved display with Corning® Gorilla® Glass for added durability, the Note 50 series may refine design and performance even further. As a result, Infinix aims to attract a broader audience and strengthen its position in the competitive smartphone market.
