TECNO POVA is powered by one of MediaTek’s gaming-focused chipsets, the G80, with its Hyper-Engine game technology that optimizes the GPU and CPU for optimal performance. Alongside the G80 is 6GB of memory paired with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage.

Gaming is often accompanied by furious heat dissipation, and the company says the included thermal conductor should help with that.

TECNO has also included some software-specific features to optimize the gaming experience on the device.

Game Space is one of them which creates an exclusive space for gaming, according to the company. TECNO POVA also features Game Mode, which is available on other smartphones from the company like the Camon 16S.

POVA features a 6.8-inch display with 720 x 1640 resolution with a 90.4% aspect ratio. The display maxes out at 480 nits brightness.

Other than the dazzle black, TECNO Pova is available in magic blue and speed purple.
