Samsung’s revamped Galaxy A series is quite popular around the world and we have a ton of devices under this series in the country. But it doesn’t stop there. The latest phone under this series is the Galaxy A31. Samsung Galaxy A31 takes place of the Galaxy A30s.

The device has a notched large 6.4-inch Super AMOLED “Infinity-U” Display with FHD+ resolution. The general design is what the company calls “geometric” with a glossy finish.

It has a quad-camera array on the back with a 48MP camera lens leading the pack. The rest of the lenses include an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 5MP depth camera and a 5MP lens for macro shots. For selfies, the Galaxy A31 has a 20MP camera placed in a dewdrop notch.

The main powerhouse is a 2GHz Octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. Internal storage is fixed at 128GB, but you can still add more via microSD card (not included) up to 512GB. Security features include Samsung’s own Knox which helps isolate, encrypt, and secure your data and an on-screen fingerprint sensor.

Aside from this, other notable specs include NFC and Bluetooth 5.0 support, USB Type C interface, a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support, and Android 10 OS with OneUI on top.

It will be available in three flavours; Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White and Prism Crush Blue. The base price is Ksh 28,000. This phone is already available on Jumia.
