2018 LG OLED TVs: Best TVs we have seen this year?

In a previous article published here, we told you everything you need to know about 2018 lineup of LG OLED TVs that were unveiled at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show. The line-up included the LG AI OLED TV C8 and the LG SIGNATURE AI OLED TV W8.

This year’s lineup of OLED TVs from LG Electronics added key innovations, which included LG  ThinQ® artificial intelligence, the new α (Alpha) 9 intelligent processor and Full-Array Local Dimming (FALD) backlighting, which bring added convenience and more immersive picture qualities to TVs.

But what makes LG stand out with its new OLED TVs? You will agree with me that every consumer uses their devices differently. One thing we all have in common though is that we prioritize efficiency and usability. Be it with a simple house appliance or even a smartphone you’re considering to buy, efficiency and usability are the key factors you will look out for before deciding to purchase any product.

Good design and UX engineering are what allows consumers to be more productive on their devices or products. The 2018 LG OLED TVs for example, are all-time favourite, especially for high-end buyers. They continue with the trend with the company’s 2018 lineup.

Boasting minimalist designs that are elegant in their simplicity, 2018 LG OLED TVs are right at home in the most luxurious or the most casual of environments. Whether sitting tableside or mounted on the wall, their ultra-slim profiles, graceful looks and sleek angles make every 2018 LG OLED TVs a piece of artwork that’s the subtle centrepiece of any room.

While it may be stunning on the outside—its beauty is not only skin deep. The revolutionary design of the 2018 LG OLED TV uses self-lighting pixels that bring you awe-inspiring pictures with perfect blacks for infinite contrast and an astonishing pop of colour, even from wide viewing angles. Whether you choose a flat or curved screen or the cutting-edge Picture-on-Glass display, LG’s OLED TVs offer the ultimate in picture quality, bringing together technology that’s designed to create stunning images and theatre-quality sound, right in the comfort of your own home. Add the OLED’s 4K resolution to the mix and you get an incredible 8.3M pixels, four times that of Full HD. The result is astounding clarity and fine picture details.

Remember the LG W8 OLED, for example, was also one of the products that were recognized at the CES. In fact, the W8 won more than 10 awards. LG received the top accolades from Engadget, The Verge, Digital Trends, Mashable, SlashGear, TechRadar, Pocket-lint, T3, Stuff Magazine and others in addition to 19 CES Innovation Awards from the Consumer Technology Association.
