Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2022 Event happening on February 9: What to expect

It’s now official that the Samsung Unpacked 2022 event will take place on February 9. Samsung sent out invites for the event earlier this week. The poster features a tagline “The Epic Standard”.

‘’Join Samsung Electronics on February 9 2022 for the next Galaxy Unpacked as we set an epic new standard for smartphones with the most noteworthy S series ever created.’’ the invite reads.

You can check out the event live on Samsung Newsroom and Samsung’s YouTube channel starting at around 18:00  for an in-depth look at the devices the company will be launching on that day.

What to expect

One thing we know for sure is that we will be seeing some new devices in the S series being unveiled. Samsung will be launching the  Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Ultra and we’ve already seen a number of leaks for this flagship phone series being published on the interwebs.

We are still excited to actually see which of these leaks actually come true. We loved the Galaxy S21 series so there is so much to look forward to.

The leaks also suggest Samsung might be launching the Galaxy Tab S8. We might actually see three models being unveiled that will include the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra.

Again, this year’s Unpacked will be a virtual event that Samsung will be streamed through various platforms.
