Hotpoint Opens its Largest Outlet In East Africa At Sarit


Hotpoint Appliances Ltd has today opened its new and revamped flagship outlet at Sarit Centre. This according to the premier supplier of home appliances and electronics is its biggest outlet in East Africa.

At 17,000 square feet, the new and revamped Hotpoint outlet becomes the largest in the region, offering the widest range of products from leading brands including LG, Samsung, Nutribullet, Bosch, Ariston, Kenwood, Delonghi, Von and Beurer to mention some.

Hotpoint Appliances Limited Managing Director, Mr. Shailesh R. Kanani said that the revamped store will offer customers from all segments a unique experience where they can buy and receive consultation on appliances that best suit their lifestyle.

“This store has been designed around our customer’s lifestyle by providing a unique opportunity to experience the products. These features include a sound room where customers can test the sound and picture quality of audio and TV electronics,” said Mr. Kanani during the opening of the new and revamped outlet.

A live cooking station and brands showcasing their latest technology with AI are other features of the new Hotpoint Sarit Center outlet. Hotpoint Appliances is additionally offering giveaways, discounts, and demos as part of the new opening package.

The company has grown to become one of the region’s largest retailers and wholesalers of consumer electronics and entertainment products with an impressive product portfolio of brands and products to suit all requirements. Additionally, the outlet is also set to employ over 50 workers who will be stationed at the Sarit Center retail outlet.

The new showroom is spacious and fully compliant with COVID-19 preventative guidelines.

Hotpoint Appliances additionally make their products more relevant to the various market segments by updating their model line-up in line with market requirements.

In 2019 the company moved to a Ksh1 billion state-of-the-art headquarters located in the Sukari Industrial Estate off Thika Superhighway just behind Kenya Clay Works. The facility also serves the company’s operations in Tanzania and Rwanda.
