Tecno DroiPad 10 Pro II Unboxing and First Impressions

A couple of weeks ago,  I did a teaser article about what could be the best tablet Tecno Mobile has ever produced, the Tecno DroiPad 10 Pro II. The device was finally launched on Friday 7th, the same day Tecno unveiled the Phantom 6.

We got the tablet from Tecno Mobile and well I must admit the company is really trying to outdo itself on this. The Tecno DroiPad 10 Pro is a direct successor of the Tecno DroiPad 8D and it has some massive improvements.

One of the things that makes the DroiPad 10 Pro stand out, as I had mentioned in my teaser article is that it runs on Remix OS. Basically, with Remix OS you have access to Windows and Android Operating system on the same device based on ARM architecture and Android-x86. I will be talking about all this next week when I post my review.

In this article, I will, however, be unboxing the device and giving you first impressions of the Tecno DroiPad 10 Pro.

First, I love the packaging Tecno gave to the device. Not different from the other Tecno tablets I have reviewed just that it’s bigger package. Remember it’s a 10.1-inch tablet.

Underneath the tablet, we have the Bluetooth keyboard, yes,a Bluetooth keyboard. So this means you can actually turn the Tecno DroiPad 10 Pro II into a laptop, it could be a good option for your laptop considering its size.

  3. Two chargers (UK Standard Plug and European Standard Plug), and
  4. OTG cable.

That’s all you have in the box.

As I mentioned earlier the DroiPad 10 II Pro features a 10.1 inch IPS display size with 1280 x 800 pixels screen resolution and 365 PPI pixels density. The detachable keyboard gives you an options to either use it as a mini laptop or just as an ordinary tablet.

Its metal unibody design that gives it a ravishing look. The new DroidPad is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core Mediatek processor supported by a 2GB RAM, 32GB ROM, and an SD card that support up to 128GB.
