AURA’s network enables rapid response across security, medical and roadside assistance categories, ensuring riders receive appropriate support for a wide range of incidents.
The partnership marks a step forward in how tech platforms in Kenya approach road safety, moving from manual, unverifiable systems to a real-time, data-driven emergency response model as Glovo Kenya strengthens its commitment to safe infrastructure and operational transparency.
