Huawei EMUI10 will be Available in the Mate 30 Series
Huawei held its 2019 Developer Conference on August 9th launching their new OS, HarmonyOS and announcing upcoming EMUI10.
Huawei’s President of the Software Engineering Department, Dr. Wang Chenglu said, “EMUI10 is pioneering distributed technology applications for providing an all-scenario experience. Its development has enabled scenario-specific applications such as audio and video calls in all scenarios, business tasks across devices, and smart vehicle-mounted devices.”
EMUI10 has been branded the ultimate UI for both smooth performance and seamless gaming experience owing to the new technology it packs. EMUI 10 tags along with Huawei’s new EROFS file system, which delivers a 20% improvement in android read speed and GPU Turbo 3.0 technology that brings 60% efficiency in graphical processing.
Besides EMUI10 has been integrated with “Link Turbo network aggregation technology” that promises simultaneous connection to WIFI and 4G to deliver faster browsing speeds. Also, the new Android iteration has a new UX design and also brings system-wide dark mode.
EMUI 10 will arrive on September 8th on the Huawei P30 Series and “other models.” Huawei’s latest Android iteration is based on Android Q and will come pre-installed in the Mate 30 series that the company is expected to unveil in the coming months.
Since the inception of Huawei’s android iteration EMUI in 2012, the company reports that it currently boasts a user base of over 500million daily active users in 216 countries and is available in 77 languages.
