Here is what to expect ahead of the 2017 One Month Jumia Black Friday

We have previously told you about the upcoming Jumia Black Friday, and yes, it’s finally here. Jumia is calling it ‘’31 Days of Deals’ and what this basically means is that you will have a whole month of crazy deals starting from November 13th to December 13th.

As Sam Chappatte, the Jumia Kenya Managing Director said a while back. “Unlike the previous two years when the promo lasted a day or two, this year’s edition is expected to be more exciting with plans already underway to ensure Jumia customers get the best shopping deals and experience for four consecutive weeks.

Two years since its inception in Kenya by Jumia, this year’s Black Friday is projected to be four times bigger than the Jumia Anniversary sale that as held in June. Remember the June sale was twice as big as the previous year’s Black Friday.

So what should shoppers expect? Well, as we mentioned the sale will begin on November 13th and will run for a month to December 13th. Shoppers will be treated to sales and festivities with different deals being released every day.

If you have been saving to get an iPhone 8 for example, then Jumia will be selling it for Kshs. 85,100 down from the normal price of Kshs.91,999. During the Black Friday, you will also get the Xiaomi 4x for Kshs. 11, 999 down from Kshs. 14,999 while the GR5 Mini will be selling at Kshs.12,999 down from Kshs.20,999.

There will also be massive deals on laptops like the Asus X540 which will be selling at Kshs. 18,999 down from Kshs. 27,299. Other include television sets, refrigerators and among other products. There are also four treasures on the Jumia Treasure Hunt website that buyers can identify using clues provided.

Jumia expects to have three times much more demand on Jumia Black Friday than it had in July on its anniversary. Definitely, this is something shoppers should look forward to.
