Nigerian SeamlessHR Aims to Build HR Software for International Markets
A number of organizations have set camps in Africa to take advantage of the vast human resources. It’s not always possible to find the right talent or even ensure that it’s appropriately placed for growth and success. SeamlessHR, a Nigerian startup aims to turn this around by providing end-to-end HR software across the region.
The company was founded by Emmanuel Okeleji who is its CEO and Deji Lana who acts as the CTO. In January, the startup that aims at becoming a unicorn in this space raised $10 million in Series A funding to facilitate its next phase of growth and regional expansion.
To accelerate growth, SeamlessHR has partnered with individuals and organizations with influence within the Kenyan market to help achieve various desired goals such as customer acquisition, implementation, support and general growth.
Speaking during a breakfast meeting with its partners held in Nairobi, Okeleji said, “We understand that the quality of our partnerships is critical to reaching our goals. We’re putting in a lot of work and being deliberate about serving the East African market, using Kenya as a business hub while covering other countries in the region and contributing our quota to the growth of businesses here.”
The company has distinguished itself by building a comprehensive HR management system for organizations across Africa. Its SaaS products are used in talent management, HR analytics, leave management, payroll management, and recruitment management system.
The enterprise software can be used by organizations with less than 100 people to those with over 10,000 employees. Its high-end clients include PwC, AXA, Sterling Bank, Flutterwave and TGI Group.
