Apple Music Replay 2024 Now Available For Subscribers
Apple Music Replay 2024 is now out for subscribers as the streaming platform gets ahead of the much-awaited Spotify Wrapped 2024.
Apple Music Replay 2024 is now offering subscribers a personalized look at their music listening habits for this year. Besides showcasing top songs, artists, and albums, Apple brought new features with Repkay 2024 such as listening streaks which not only highlight the longest consecutive days of listening but also the date you first listened to your top tracks and artists.
Apple Music subscribers can also view music trends by month and track their top artist streaks – the consecutive months an artist was number one.
Apple Music also included expanded listener rankings in their Replay 2024 which shows if subscribers were in the top 500 or 1000 listeners of an artist or genre. Apple Replay 2024 is accessible directly within the Apple Music app for iOS 18.1. However, web access is accessible for older devices or Android.
Apple Music has made Replay for Artists available as well this year and gives artists insights into their total listening minutes, listener count, top cities, and the song most discovered on Shazam.
It’s worth noting that YouTube was the first to release its 2024 Recap a week earlier and that Apple releasing this year’s Relay to stay ahead of the eagerly awaited Spotify’s Wrapped 2024.
Spotify, enjoying its first-mover advantage since launching in 2008, stands out with over 100 million songs and five million podcasts, having amassed 22 million paid subscribers by 2015 when Apple Music entered the market. Switching from Spotify can be tough for many, as its great recommendation algorithm and curated playlists foster familiarity and ease in discovering new music.
