The mid-range realme 6 is the first phone in Kenya at its price range with a 90Hz display refresh rate. As we mentioned in our previous post, the phone’s modern design language is charming and it doesn’t disappoint under the hood – at least on paper.
Realme 6 has a 6.6-inch FHD+ 90Hz display with a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio and has Corning’s Gorilla Glass on top for protection.
The primary selfie camera includes a 16MP lens placed in a hole punch at the top left. It also features a quad-camera setup on the rear comprising of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens(with EIS), a monochrome portrait lens, and a 4cm macro lens.
The phone runs on MediaTek’s Helio G90T (based on the 12nm node) paired with 8GB of memory and 128GB of internal storage. Another specification that’s a real game-changer for mid-range phones in Kenya is the 4300mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.
