Unlike Huawei which concentrated on their upcoming technology at IFA 2019, HMD Global the home of Nokia devices announced a couple of devices. One of the devices is the Nokia 6.2, which succeeds last year’s Nokia 6.1.
Nokia 6.2 adds a little bit of weight over its predecessor and features a 6.3 inch IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch presented in an 82.5% screen-to-body ratio. The screen itself is an FHD+ display with a 19:9 ratio, so you get approximately 400pixels per inch which is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Besides, the screen is also an HDR10 Always-on display type.
On the internals is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636 paired with Adreno 509 GPU for graphical processing. The CPU is an Octa-core 1.8 GHz Kryo 260 which is aided by either 3 or 4GB of RAM.
As compared to Nokia 6.1, the screen has been slightly improved, the camera is bumped up a few notches, and you also get more juice on the battery. Plus, Nokia 6.2 now uses Snapdragon 636 instead of 630 in the Nokia 6.1.
