Entry-level Nokia C12 launched in Kenya – Specs, pricing and availability


HMD Global has today announced the availability of the Nokia C12 in Kenya, a new addition to its C- series family in the country. 

The company says this entry-level smartphone provides a more efficient smartphone experience, making the promises of durability and security more accessible than ever.

“What people love about Nokia phones is how extremely resilient they are. The new Nokia C12 brings exactly that, with added camera smarts and improved performance.” Adam Ferguson, Global Head of Product Marketing, HMD Global said.

Nokia C12 Specs

The phone comes with a  6.3 inches display with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.

We are getting 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with support for up to 256 GB of additional memory. 

Nokia C12  is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A1 Octa-core processor while the GPU is IMG8322. 

For the cameras, the smartphone features a dual camera on the rear side that consists of 8 MP and a 5 MP camera on the front for selfies. 

Nokia C12 packs a non-removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery and runs on the Android 12 (Go edition) operating system.

Pricing and Availability

Nokia C12 is available in Kenya from today in Dark Cyan, Charcoal, and Light Mint color option, with prices starting from  Ksh. 11,000.
