Here’s a Breakdown of Telkom Kenya’s New T-kash charges effective 5th March 2021


Telkom Kenya recently reviewed charges for its mobile money service T-kash. 

Effective 5th March, the telco said that all Person-to-Person transactions below KSh 100 will remain zero-rated.

The daily T-Kash limit per transaction will remain at KSh150,000, with the daily sending limit being retained at KSh300,000 with a wallet limit access of KSH 300, 000. Any transactions between KSh50,000 up to KSh300,000 will attract a rate of KSh100. All other fees remain unchanged. 

Below is a breakdown of the new T-kash charges:

The maximum transaction amount on T-kash is Ksh.150,000 while the maximum daily transaction is 300,000. The maximum wallet amount is also Ksh. 300,000.
