TECNO Camon 15 With 64MP Camera Launching In Kenya Soon
We have already told you about TECNO’s upcoming device, the TECNO Camon 15. TECNO’s local office has already started sending teasers about the launch of this device in Kenya.
Well, the devices which include the Camon 15 and Camon 15 Pro (I am not sure if we will also be getting a third variant, the Camon 15 Air) have already been launched in India. This only means that we should be seeing the devices hitting the Kenyan market soon.
What to expect?
There’s so much to expect from the TECNO Camon 15. Of course, the most talked feature is the 64MP Sony IMX 686 sensor. According to a statement from TECNO’s local office sent to us last week, once released, The TECNO Camon 15 will be the first phone in Africa to run on the SONY chip, ”……a great breakthrough for the smartphone industry in Africa” the statement reads.
TECNO does not give much details about the specifications but based on what we have gathered, we could be getting a MediaTek’s Helio P35 Chipset under the hood working in tow with 6GB of memory. We might also be getting 6.53-inches and with FHD+ resolution. Other features include 128GB of ROM, a 4000mAh battery.
As we mentioned the phone will come in two variants The Camon 15 and Camon 15 Pro, at least that’s what we know for now. A third variant, the Camon 15 Air might also be on the way.
We will be updating you as soon as we get the full details about the launch, pricing and availability of this device in Kenta.
