Safaricom Kenya has unveiled a new plan adding free 200MB YouTube Bundles on top of the 200% Airtime bonus.
This is all under the Stori Ibambe promotion that was started by the company back in 2015, which rewarded customers 100% airtime on their daily limit. The offer was later revamped offering 200% bonus airtime, and now the free YouTube bundles makes the deal mouthwatering.
Customers can hit their daily target via various ways such as calling, texting, browsing out-of-bundle, purchasing a bundle or charges from value-added services like skiza.
“We are always looking at ways of giving our customers more value for what they spend on our network. Customer satisfaction is a key objective for us, and we believe improving our customers’ experience is vital for our continued growth,” said Michael Joseph, Safaricom CEO.
The Storo Bonus reward still runs till mid-night and Safaricom has not changed their stance on that. For those who still haven’t opted in the Stori Ibambe loyalty programme, dial *460# to subscribe and check your daily limit. The offer runs through October 20th.
