Realme C3 to Start Selling in Kenya at Ksh 14,000 on August 18th
Realme is now available in Kenya, and the company unveiled its first device, realme C3, last week. The phone is almost available in the country, at a price of Ksh 14,000.
Realme C3 includes a bigger 5,000mAh battery, that is just enough to power the 6.5-inch HD+ LCD with a mini-drop notch. On top of the LCD is an unspecified version of Corning’s Gorilla Glass protection.
MediaTek’s Helio G70, a gaming-focused processor, powers Realme C3 paired with either 2GB, 3GB or 4GB RAM. Internal storage is either 32GB or 64GB that can be expanded via the available microSD card slot to 256GB.
In Kenya, the xxxxx Model (TBA) is the only one that will be availed by realme.
The massive battery is juiced using an included standard 10W charging brick and a micro-USB port.
Realme C3 also includes Bluetooth 5.0 support, a 12MP AI Triple camera(up to 4x digital zoom) with a 2MP portrait lens, and a 2MP macro Lens; a rear-placed fingerprint sensor and a dual nano-SIM slot.
Following the footsteps of its Chinese competitors, Realme also uses its custom user interface on top of Android. For realme C3, the phone runs on realme UI 1.0, which is built on top of Android 10.
