International value remittance service Ozaremit rebrands to Senditoo
First rising airtime transfer startup Ozaremit has rebranded to Senditoo. The UK-based company has also announced that it has developed its own API that will allow them to develop new business-to-business partnerships.
The rebranding comes just a few months after the company secured funding from French investors Thibaults Launay, Romain Girbal and Célia Grémy to boost growth to boost its growth.
The new funds according to the company will help ramp up marketing across multiple channels and allow Senditoo to launch its agents’ network in an effort to make the service widely available to offline customers.
Commenting on the move, Ibrahima Soumano, Senditoo’s co-founder said “Senditoo is a stronger brand and a faster service. Currently covering 110 countries, including 35 countries in Africa. Senditoo is a competitive, safe and fast online service to send airtime to family and friends living abroad. It is already the cheapest service to send top-ups to phones in Nigeria.
The company has also announced that it will be appointing a new CEO in the coming weeks.
