Liquid C2 Launches ‘Liquid G’ to Fast-Track Google Cloud Adoption for African Resellers

Liquid C2 has unveiled Liquid G, an AI-powered distribution program designed to simplify and accelerate the adoption of Google Cloud technologies for resellers and enterprises across Africa.

Announced today by the Cassava Technologies subsidiary, the new program will be delivered through Cloudmania, Liquid C2’s cloud distribution platform. It aims to bridge the gap between complex cloud infrastructure and local business needs by offering AI-enabled support, local currency billing, and a unified marketplace for procurement.

Unlike traditional distribution models, Liquid G integrates artificial intelligence into every stage of the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to product discovery. This “smart” approach allows resellers to quickly identify and deploy best-in-class Google Cloud solutions, including data analytics and AI tools, which are seeing surging demand across the continent.

Oswald Jumira, CEO of Liquid C2, emphasized that the program is a direct response to the need for more adaptive solutions in the African market.

“Cloud adoption in Africa is accelerating, and resellers need solutions that are not only accessible but also intelligent and adaptive,” said Jumira. “Liquid G redefines how African resellers engage with Google Cloud, making the process smarter, faster, and more rewarding. Our goal is to empower local businesses to harness cloud innovation in ways that directly impact productivity and growth.”

The launch builds on a deepening collaboration between Liquid C2 and Google Cloud. The two entities have been working closely since signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in November 2023, which was later expanded to include partnerships with AI safety firm Anthropic.

Simon Aldous, Director of Channel Sales for UKI and Sub-Saharan Africa at Google Cloud, welcomed the initiative as a major step forward for the region.

“This initiative represents a significant step forward in making Google Cloud’s powerful infrastructure, AI, and data analytics solutions more accessible to businesses across Africa,” Aldous noted. “Liquid G’s focus on streamlining the reseller journey will undoubtedly empower local enterprises to innovate and thrive in the digital economy.”

For African resellers, the program tackles two critical pain points: complexity and currency. By offering a single provider for multi-cloud procurement and settling transactions in local currencies, Liquid G removes significant administrative friction. This enables partners to focus on strengthening customer relationships and growing their margins rather than managing logistical hurdles.

The program leverages Cloudmania’s extensive footprint, which already serves partners in over 16 African countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana. This launch further cements Liquid C2’s position as one of the continent’s most comprehensive multi-cloud service providers, reinforcing its mission to ensure no African business is left behind in the digital economy.
